Services may be delivered through Notion, video calls, third-party apps (e.g., Stripe, Zoom), or other platforms we integrate with.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • Have permission from a parent/guardian if under 18.
By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & Access

Some features require creating an account or logging in through a third-party service.
You agree to:
  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
By purchasing a course or subscription, you agree to:
  • Pay all associated fees
  • Ensure valid payment information is on file
  • Abide by the billing terms displayed at checkout
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise indicated. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unless otherwise stated, digital products and completed classes are non-refundable.

5. Course Access & Scheduling

For scheduled group lessons:
  • Enrollment may be capped to limit class size
  • Access begins and ends on the dates stated at purchase
  • Missing a session does not guarantee a replacement or refund
We reserve the right to modify or reschedule courses if necessary (e.g., technical issues, instructor availability). If we cancel a course entirely, you will receive a refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Share or distribute course materials without permission
  • Record live sessions unless explicitly allowed
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without written consent
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our platform
We may remove, restrict, or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided (videos, written materials, exercises, PDFs, lesson recordings, branding, etc.) is owned by KevTeachesMusic.com unless otherwise credited.
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or resell any materials without permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

We are committed to GDPR-compliant practices.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
